Breakfast at Buena Onda Zahora is the best way to start the day. The days here begin like any good ritual with the smell of coffee and toast. At Buena Onda every day we pamper both our garden and our chickens and this makes our dishes fresh, colourful and above all tasty.
The menu at Buena Onda Zahora sometimes varies depending on the season, and in summer as the garden is so abundant, we offer vegetable boxes with all the variety it gives us... Whether you are staying with your van or in the cottage you can also cook them on the barbecue in the garden. With this you also help to strengthen local and sustainable trade, create community and learn to consume in an ethical and conscious way .
In addition, at Buena Onda Zahora we also bake bread every day (usually to order) which is the same bread we use for our breakfast toast. You can also find our breads at the weekend at the #vecinosmarket organised by the Semillero Project community.
Our bread idmade from organic, stone milled, wheat and spelt flour. Handmade with a lot of care, patience and dedication. They are made with a long fermentation, a lot of hydration and very little yeast, which means that on the one hand they feel great and on the other hand they last for many days out of the freezer. Oh, and it's not because we tell you, but all our guests say that they are delicious!
In the Buena Onda Zahora breakfast menu you will find plenty of options for everyones tastes or dietry needs. This may undergo some variation (always delicious 😉) because our garden changes depending on the seasons.
