Having breakfast at Buena Onda Zahora is the best way to start the day. Here, mornings begin like any good ritual, with the smell of coffee and toast. The menu at Buena Onda Zahora sometimes changes depending on the season, and in summer, when the garden is so abundant, we offer little vegetable boxes with everything it provides… Whether you’re staying with your camper van or in our little house, you can also cook them on the garden barbecue. By doing this, you help support local and sustainable commerce, build community, and learn to consume in a more ethical and conscious way.
At Buena Onda Zahora we also bake bread every day (usually made to order), and it’s the same bread we use for breakfast toast. You can also find our breads at the #vecinosmarket organised by the Semillero Project community on weekends.
Breakfast in Zahora with Buena Onda means enjoying breads made with organic whole wheat and spelt flour. They’re handmade with lots of care, patience and dedication. They’re prepared with long fermentation, high hydration and very little yeast, which makes them easy to digest and helps them stay fresh for many days without freezing. Oh! And it’s not just us saying it — all our guests tell us they’re delicious!!!
